    Abstract
    چکیده: زمينه تحقيق: امروز با توجه به مشغله زياد پزشكان، يكي از روش هاي به روز ماندن اطلاعات پزشكي در آنها، استفاده از پزشكي مبتني بر شواهد (EBM) است. هدف: هدف از اين مطالعه، تعيين نيازهاي آموزشي EBM در اعضاي هيئت علمي باليني شاغل در بيمارستانهاي دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي شهر تهران و الويت بندي اين نيازها بود. روش مطالعه: مطالعه به روش توصيفي، مقطعي براي پزشكان شاغل در 4 بيمارستان دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي شهر تهران در سال 1390، به تعداد 320 نفر انجام گرديد. جهت گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه اي محقق ساخته كه پايايي آن با محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0/95 به دست آمده بود، استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تجزيه و تحليل شد. نتايج: از 140 پرسشنامه توزيع شده، 133 پرسشنامه (3. 93 درصد) تكميل شد. نتايج نشان داد كه (4. 65 درصد) افراد مورد مطالعه زن و (6. 34 درصد) مرد بودند. رتبه علمي (6 . 55 درصد) آنها استاديار و ميانگين سني آنها 47 سال و ميانگين سابقه كار آنها 8 . 12 سال بود. 6 . 41 درصد از جامعه هدف با منابع اطلاعاتي الكترونيك و 4. 19 درصد با مفاهيم و اصطلاحات EBM آشنايي داشتند و 6 . 90 درصد نگرش مثبتي نسبت به EBM داشتند. بحث و نتيجه گيري: اگرچه افراد مورد مطالعه نسبت به EBM نگرش مثبت دارند ولي ميزان آگاهي و استفاده آنان از EBM پايين است، همچنين بيشترين موانع در به كارگيري موثر را، فقدان زير ساخت رويكرد مبتني بر شواهد و كمبود وقت مي دانند، لذا پيشنهاد مي شود با تدوين بسته آموزشي نسبت به افزايش آگاهي و ترغيب اعضاي هيئت علمي باليني به استفاده از EBM اقدام نمود. کلیدواژه ها: آموزش، اعضاي هيأت علمي باليني، نيازسنجي، اولويت بندي، پزشكي مبتني بر شواهد
     
    Abstract: Background: due to high work load of physicians and shortage of time, one of the methods to keep their medical in formations up to date, is the use of evidence-based medicine (EBM). Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine and prioritize the educational needs of EBM of clinical faculty member employed in Shahid Beheshti University Hospitals in Tehran. Methods: In this descriptive, cross-sectional study, data were collected of all the 320 physicians working in four hospitals of Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran in 1390.A self made questionnaire was used, and its reliability was calculated by the chronbach’s alpha 95% in a preliminary study. All data were analyzed using statistical package SPSS software version 18. Results: From all the 140 questionnaires distributed, 133 questionnaires (93.3 percent) were completed. Results showed that 65.4 percent of persons in this study were women and 34.6 percent were men. Academic rank of most of them was assistant professor (55.6%). the mean age was 47 years with standard deviation 9.82. The average work experience was 12.8 years with standard deviation 7.67. Most of the study population was familiar with Medline (93 percent), 5.31 percent knew the different steps of EBM correctly. 2.65 percent of the study population was able to identify the evidence based sources, 51%knew the importance of critical appraisal and 68% had a positive attitude about EBM. Discussion: Although participants had positive attitude towards EBM, their knowledge and usage of the EBM in their work was low. The highest barriers in effective implementation of this method are the lack of infrastructure needed for evidence-based approach and lack of enough knowledge. Therefore, it is recommended to prepare an EBM educational package, enhance awareness and encourage of clinical faculty members to use EBM in their work.
