    Abstract
    چكيده: زمينه تحقيق: سلامت معنوي افراد جامعه، خصوصا اقشار موثر و سازنده ي آن، لازمه ي پويايي، بالندگي و اعتلاي آن جامعه است. نقش برجسته و منحصر به فرد دانشجويان به عنوان مديران و سازندگان آينده ي هر جامعه، ضرورت تامين سلامت معنوي آنها و نيز شناسايي و حذف عوامل منفي موثر بر سلامت معنوي آنها را ضروري مي نمايد. هدف: بررسي حاضر به منظور تعيين ارتباط بين سلامت معنوي و پيشرفت تحصيلي دانشجويان پزشكي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي قم در سال 1390 انجام شد. روش مطالعه: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي بود كه بر روي تمامي دانشجويان شاغل به تحصيل در رشته پزشكي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي قم به صورت سرشماري (غير از ترم اول تحصيلي) انجام گرفت. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه مشخصات فردي و ميانگين معدل تحصيلي و سلامت معنوي – Spirituality well being scale (SWBS) بود. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS ويرايش 18 و آمار توصيفي و استنباطي در سطح معني داري P<0/05 انجام گرفت. نتايج: يافته ها نشان داد، 50/44 درصد از نمونه هاي مورد پژوهش از سلامت معنوي مطلوب و 49/55 درصد نامطلوب برخوردار بودند. نمره سلامت معنوي با تاهل ارتباط معني داري داشت (P<0/05) ولي با سن، جنس، تحصيلات پدر و مادر، بومي بودن ارتباط معني داري نداشت (P>0/05). همچنين يافته ها مبين آن بود كه بين سلامت معنوي و ميانگين معدل تحصيلي ارتباط آماري معني داري وجود دارد (P=0/02). بحث و نتيجه گيري: اكثريت نمونه هاي مورد پژوهش از سطح سلامت معنوي مطلوبي برخوردار بودند. مي توان اظهار داشت كه احتمالا سلامت معنوي از راه ايجاد انگيزه منجر به پيشرفت تحصيلي مي شود. لذا پيشنهاد مي شود، جهت بهبود عملكرد تحصيلي دانشجويان در جهت ارتقاي سلامت معنوي آنان برنامه ريزي شود. كليد واژه ها: سلامت معنوي، پيشرفت تحصيلي، دانشجويان پزشكي
     
    Abstract: Research Background: Society's spiritual health, especially among influential people, plays an important role in the development and promotion of their society. Since students have unique role as future managers and community builders, it seems to be necessary to provide with them mental health and recognize, then, remove all negative factors affecting them. Objective: This study was conducted to determine the relationship between spiritual health and academic achievement of students in Qom University of Medical Sciences in 1390. Methods: A descriptive-analytical study was done on all students studying in Qom University of Medical Sciences through the census (apart from the first semester of study) participated in the study . Research instrument was a two part questionnaire included personal characteristics(age, sex, marital status, resident status, parents' educations) and academic grade point average as well as a standard questionnaire for spiritual health, Spiritual Well-being Scale (SWBS). Descriptive and inferential statistics was used in data analysis which was significant at p=0.05. Results: Results showed that 50.44% of the studied samples had favorable spiritual health and 40.55% were unfavorable. The mean and standard deviation scores of spiritual health were among married 70.96± 6.41%, singles 72.62± 5.7% and widows 58 respectively, and it was statistically observed a significant difference between different groups through using statistic test. Moreover, findings revealed a significant relationship between spiritual health and academic grade point average statistically (p= 0.02). Conclusion: Based on this study, the majority of students has been in acceptable spiritual health. Furthermore, there is a relationship between spiritual health and academic achievements. Therefore, it is recommended to the university authorities to improve students' academic performance and promote their spiritual health through appropriate planning.
